Interim Investigation Report
As noted previously, PRI has been conducting an ongoing investigation at an historic location in the Niagara area. We have posted an interim report on our findings thus far, including a potential EVP. A link to the report along with the audio capture has been posted in the Reports section of the PRI website.
Site Update
Over the past week, we have been experimenting with different solutions to a technical problem with the embedded audio players throughout the website. We have settled (for now, at least) on a new Flash player, which should avoid the problems that come with relying on a third-party site. |

New Equipment and an Ongoing Investigation
Over the past few weeks, PRI has been field testing a new addition to its arsenal of investigation equipment: a full-spectrum camera. In short, we modified a Canon G-series digital camera by removing its infrared filter (hot mirror) and replacing it with a custom-made clear one. Though we have yet to capture any evidence of paranormal activity with the camera, we are looking forward to further experimenting with full-spectrum photography.
During one of the camera field tests, we captured an interesting audio anomaly on a Zoom H2 recorder. As always, a summary report of the investigation along with the audio clip (and any other evidence that may arise during our analyses) will be posted on the PRI website. However, before doing so, we are planning to conduct further investigations at the site in an attempt to identify possible causes (natural or paranormal) of the potential Electronic Voice Phenomenon, and gather any more evidence that may present itself. Stay tuned! |

Investigation Report
A summary of PRI's three-night paranormal investigation of a mid-19th century building in the Niagara Region has (finally) been added to the Reports section of the website. Spoiler alert: we did not find any evidence of a haunting at this location, but we were able to put forth some natural explanations for the claims of activity.
We hope that you have a happy Easter! |

Upcoming Investigation
PRI has confirmed an investigation of a private (undisclosed) business in the very near future. Out of respect for the owner and employees of this establishment, very little information regarding its exact location will be provided.
We are looking forward to the opportunity to test out some of our newer investigation equipment on this case, including a Zoom H2 audio recorder and a motion-activated IR camera.
Check back soon for the results! |

Happy Holidays...Oh, and We've Moved!
First of all, PRI would like to wish everyone who has taken the time to visit this site a very Merry Christmas, and a great New Year!
Also, PRI has relocated its centre of operations. We are now based in the Niagara region in Ontario, and will therefore be conducting most of our investigations in that area. We are excited about the opportunities this will bring for our research into the paranormal, as it seems like every corner of this area contains stories of alleged hauntings. Nevertheless, we remain strongly connected with the London area, and hope to conduct further investigations there in the future.
Thank you for your patience during this time of transition. We hope that this change will lead to more investigation reports and possible evidence of paranormal activity in 2010! |

Investigation Report
A summary report of the PRI investigation of a Norfolk County (Ontario) cemetery has been added to the website. This investigation yielded a photograph of a mist for which we currently have no concrete explanation (though we remain hesitant to attribute the anomaly to paranormal activity). |

Investigation Report and Potential EVP
Between September 2008 and March 2009, PRI conducted three paranormal field surveys at two cemeteries located within Middlesex County Ontario. During the third excursion, a potential electronic voice phenomenon (EVP) was captured. A summary report of these surveys (including links to both unenhanced and enhanced versions of the possible EVP) can be found in the reports section of the website.
As always, we welcome any comments or questions about this investigation and EVP in our discussion forum.
